HAF Refinance Program
As of February 28, 2026, this program is no longer accepting new applications to lower your monthly mortgage payment due to a pandemic-related hardship by refinancing your loan into a 3% fixed interest rate. Funds are currently limited for homeowners who met the deadline.
HAF 2nd Round Program
WAITING LIST ONLY. This program is no longer accepting new applications if you received HAF Mortgage Assistance in the past, did not need or use the full $50,000 to bring your mortgage current, and still experiencing a significant pandemic-related hardship.
